Проведено аналіз від яких саме покарань можливе звільнення хворих військовослужбовців та які наслідки таке звільнення за собою тягне. На основі даного дослідження надані пропозиції щодо удосконалення даної норми закону в Кримінальному Кодексі України. This article examines the grounds, conditions, models of exemption from punishment due to illness of military personnel under the criminal law of Ukraine, discusses the mechanisms and conditions under which servicemen who become ill with a disease that prevents further passage of military service may be released. The analysis of the punishments of possible release of sick servicemen and the consequences of such dismissal entails. On the basis of this research proposals for improvement of this rule of law in the Criminal Code of Ukraine have been submitted. popup.nrat_date 2025-03-24 Close
