Розлянуто актуальні проблеми охорони й захисту прав інтелектуальної власності у мережі Інтернет в умовах сучасного розвитку інформаційно – комунікаційних технологій. Наведено основні способи порушення авторських прав у мережі Інтернет, серед яких: несанкціоноване копіювання захищених текстових або графічних зображень у творі, який поширюється в «мережі»; завантаження на веб – ресурс твору без дозволу суб’єкта авторського права; цифрове відтворення та відображення зображення чи тексту, наприклад, для використання його в рекламі,на банері, тощо; використання фотокопії для відтворення книги, журнальної статті чи будь – якого іншого друкованого матеріалу, захищеного авторським правом. The article is devoted to the consideration of copyright infringement in the Internet. The actual problems of protection and protection of intellectual property rights on the Internet in the conditions of modern development of information and communication technologies are solved. The main ways of infringement of copyright on the Internet are given, among which: unauthorized copying of protected text or graphic images in the product distributed in the "network"; downloading the product to the web - site without the permission of the subject of copyright; digital playback and display of an image or text, for example, for use in advertising, banner, etc .; using a photocopy to play a book, magazine article, or any other printed material that is protected by copyright. popup.nrat_date 2025-03-24 Close
