При цьому через таку активізацію значно поширились випадки зловживань з використанням даної допомоги, що призводить до використання цієї допомоги не за цільовим призначенням або з метою отримання прибутку. Тому за допомогою даного дослідження автори намагаються вирішити дану непросту проблему. Дане дослідження покликане для розв’язання складнощів та недоліків, які виникають під час надання гуманітарної допомоги. The article is devoted to the topical issue of legal regulation of humanitarian organizations in Ukraine, as in connection with the armed conflict in eastern Ukraine, the activities of humanitarian organizations that provide assistance to the affected population due to hostilities have significantly intensified. At the same time, due to such intensification, cases of abuse with the use of this assistance have become significantly more widespread, which leads to the use of this assistance not for its intended purpose or for profit. Therefore, with the help of this study, the authors try to solve this difficult problem.
