Специфіка ринку електронних грошей зумовлює встановлення правил для їх емітентів, а також та порядок здійснення операцій з електронними грошима. Правовою основою застосування електронних грошей в Україні є норми ст. 15 Закону України «Про платіжні системи і переказ коштів в Україні» та Положення про електроні гроші в Україні, а також деяких інших нормативно-правових актів Національного банку України. В юридичній літературі більшою мірою аналізується правова природа електронних грошей та операції, які з ними можуть здійснюватися, при цьому мало уваги спрямовується на аналіз регулюючого впливу держави на цю сферу. The article analyzes the powers of the National Bank of Ukraine as a state entity regulation of the use of electronic money in Ukraine. Specificity of the electronic market money determines the rules for their issuers, as well as the order of operations with electronic money. The legal basis for the use of electronic money in Ukraine is norms of Art. 15 of the Law of Ukraine "On Payment Systems and Funds Transfer in Ukraine" and the Regulations about electronic money in Ukraine, as well as some other regulations of the National Bank of Ukraine. In the legal literature, the legal nature is more extensively analyzed e-money and the transactions that can be done with them, have received little attention is directed to the analysis of the regulatory influence of the state on this sphere. popup.nrat_date 2025-03-24 Close
