У вітчизняному державознавстві електронний уряд визначається як система взаємодії органів державної влади з населенням, що заснована на широкому вжитку сучасних інформаційних технологій, у тому числі мережі Інтернет, для підвищення доступності та якості державних послуг, скорочення термінів їх надання, а також знищення адміністративного навантаження на громадян і організації, пов’язаної з їх здобуттям (зменшення кількості вимушених очних звернень, зниження кількості документів, що надаються, тощо). The article is devoted to the administrative and legal principles of the formation of the e-government in USSR in the second half of the twentieth century. In the national state education, an e-government defined as a system of interaction between public authorities and the population based on wide use of modern information technologies, including the Internet, for improving the availability and quality of public services, reducing the timing of their provision, as well the destruction of the administrative burden on citizens and the organization associated with their acquisition (reduction of the number of forced appeals, reduction of the number of documents provided, etc). popup.nrat_date 2025-03-24 Close
