Аналіз норм Митного кодексу України, котрими регулюють сферу здійснення безмитної торгівлі, а також положення суміжного законодавства. Автором запропоновано два основних напрями усунення виявлених недоліків. Такими напрямами є внесення відповідних змін у чинне митне та корельоване із ним законодавство, за допомогою котрих вдалось би усунути мовленнєві та змістові помилки, вирішити правові колізії та уникнути різночитань, або адаптація українського митного законодавства до норм ЄС, що, зрештою, має привести до відмови від безмитної торгівлі. This article is aimed at investigating the current state of national legal support for the customs regime of duty-free trade and directions for its improvement. Analysis of the Customs Code of Ukraine, which regulates the scope of duty-free trade, as well as the provisions of related legislation. The author proposes two main directions of elimination of the identified shortcomings. Such areas are to amend the current customs and related legislation to eliminate speech and content errors, resolve legal conflicts and avoid misunderstandings, or adaptation of Ukrainian customs legislation to EU norms, which should ultimately lead to from duty-free trade. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-05 Close
