Однак, проблема правопорушень неповнолітніх є і залишається однією з актуальних проблем українського суспільства, яка потребує нагальної розробки та вирішення. Today, in Ukraine, as in the whole world, the highest value has been identified protection of human and citizen's rights and freedoms. Particular attention was paid minors who are one of the most vulnerable sections of the population necessitates the creation of special conditions to ensure and the exercise of their rights.
