Вказані суперечності формують широке поле мотивів і передумов, які сприяють і спонукають до ухилення від сплати податків, зборів (обов’язкових платежів). Визнання останнього одним із найпоширеніших економічних злочинів приводить до розвитку ряду негативних тенденцій: порушення правил чесної конкуренції, росту корупції, недостатнього фінансування суспільного сектору господарства, відтоку капіталів за кордон тощо. Незважаючи на постійні намагання держави боротися з цим явищем, розробку заходів, спрямованих на зменшення його масштабів, ухилення від оподаткування перетворюється в проблему економічної безпеки держави. Taxation processes affect the deep foundations of the social and economic behavior of the individual - the interest in increasing mainly their own income, rather than in its distribution and redistribution for the needs of society. These contradictions form a wide range of motives and preconditions that contribute to and encourage tax evasion, fees (mandatory payments). Recognition of the latter as one of the most common economic crimes leads to the development of a number of negative trends: violation of the rules of fair competition, growing corruption, insufficient funding of the public sector, outflow of capital abroad and more. Despite the constant efforts of the state to combat this phenomenon, the development of measures to reduce its scale, tax evasion becomes a problem of economic security of the state popup.nrat_date 2025-05-05 Close
