На основі аналізу основних нормативно- правових актів міжнародного та національного права, досвіду європейських держав визначені основні напрямки та особливості антикорупційної політики. Зроблено висновок, що зменшення рівня корупції до безпечного в Україні можливе лише за умови вивчення та імплементації світового досвіду, в першу чергу успішно діючих політичних, правових та організаційних механізмів подолання корупції в інших країнах. In the article the foreign experience ofprevention and counteraction to corruption manifestations examines in order to develop the main directions ofimprovement ofthe organizational and legal mechanism of Ukraine. The main directions and features ofanticorruption policy are determined on the basis of analysis ofthe basic legal acts ofinternational and national law, experience ofEuropean states. It is concluded that the reduction ofthe level ofcorruption in Ukraine is possible only with the studing and implementation ofworld experience, first of all successful political, legal and organizational mechanisms of overcoming corruption in other countries.
