Warsaw, Poland Опис The article presents and analyzes information from 238 original primary forensic examinations of victims as a result of peaceful opposition on the Maidan in Kyiv, in 2014, and from the experience of providing them with legal assistance and advice on the provision of insurance services. As a result of the investigation, it turned out that the victim was provided with professional support by doctors and psychologists, lawyers and forensic experts, as well as voluntary protection by the "hundreds" of Maidan. Analysis has shown that sometimes the society is capable of selforganizing more effectively in order to better solve the problem than some professional institutions. This requires a complex simultaneous work of various specialists on one problem.
