Вивчено діяльність суб’єктів ринку цінних паперів та здійснено оцінку параметрів їхньої діяльності. Проаналізовано показники обсягів торгівлі на фондовому ринку України у розрізі секторів – біржового та позабіржового ринків. Оцінено обсяги торгівлі на тлі динаміки макроекономічного показника – ВВП. Здійснено аналіз структури торгівлі на фондовому ринку у розрізі фінансових інструментів. На основі проведеного аналізу ідентифіковано проблеми, властиві ринку цінних паперів України. Висвітлено причинно-наслідкові зв'язки цих проблем. Описано сучасні тренди розвитку фондового ринку, що визначаються виявленими тенденціями. The article is devoted to the study of key trends in the development of the securities market in Ukraine. The activity of subjects of the securities market was studied and the parameters of their activity were evaluated. The indicators of trading volumes on the stock market of Ukraine in the context of sectors: exchange and OTC markets. The volume of trade is estimated against the background of the dynamics of the macroeconomic indicator-GDP. The analysis of the structure of trading on the stock market in the context of financial instruments is carried out. Based on the analysis, the problems inherent in the securities market of Ukraine were identified. The cause-and-effect relationships of these problems are highlighted.
