Запропоновано авторську редакцію ч. 5 ст. 248 Кримінального процесуального кодексу України. The article discusses the features of the legal regulation of granting permission to the investigating judge to conduct secret investigative (investigative) actions. The short comings of the procedure for examining petitions established by the criminal procedural legislation for obtaining permission to carry out secret investigative (search) actions are identified.
