Опис Суть методики викладання навчального курсу «Гарантії реалізації прав та свобод людини у національній правовій системі» визначається послідовністю етапів її викладання та їх суттєвим наповненням. Кожен із поданих етапів відображає логічність створення методики, її доцільність з урахуванням специфіки предмета (змісту навчальної інформації) та потреби його викладання для магістрів. Запропонована методика навчання слугує підвищенню відповідальності, активності, самостійності та ініціативи магістрів, спрямованих на отримання ними якісних знань, умінь та практичних навичок дисципліни «Гарантії реалізації прав та свобод людини у національній правовій системі». The essence of the methodology of teaching the course "Guarantees of the realization of human rights and freedoms in the national legal system" is determined by the sequence of stages of its teaching and their substantive filling. Each of the presented stages reflects the logic of creating the methodology, its appropriateness, taking into account the specificity of the subject (content of educational information) and the need for its teaching for masters. The offered teaching method serves to increase the responsibility, activity, independence and initiative of masters, aimed at acquiring qualitative knowledge, skills and practical skills of the discipline "Guarantees of realization of human rights and freedoms in the national legal system".
