Проте, як правило, такі ініціативи інспіровані самими олігархами, що мають вплив на політичні процеси, для створення, з одного боку, видимості демократичної держави, а з іншого – спрямування потенціалу суспільної активності громадян у потрібне русло. Це й надає можливість олігархам реалізовувати абсолютну політичну владу. Today in Ukraine there is a growing numberpublic initiatives, in particular the creation of various forums, othersanti-corruption measures. However, as a rule, such initiatives inspired by the oligarchs themselves, who have an influence on political processes, to create, on the one hand, the appearance of a democratic state, and on the other hand, to direct the potential of social activity of citizens in the right direction.
