The relevance of the topic and significance for the researched enterprise are formulated. The problem of weak semi-finished base of the Ukrainian pulp and paper industry is determined and the reason is established. The structure of production costs by cost elements of PJSC "Rohatyn Cardboard Factory" is analyzed and the problems of enterprise development are determined.
