У проекті вказано структуру побутових відходів в Україні та закордоном; визначено,що найсильніший негативний вплив полігон твердих побутових відходів здійснює на водне середовище. У проекті розглянуто процес фільтрації забруднення в ґрунт і запропоновано математичну модель для опису даного процесу. Розраховано основні еколого-економічні показники полігону твердих побутових відходів, розраховано суму збору за викиди полігону твердих побутових відходів,розраховано екологічний податок за розміщення відходів у спеціально відведених для цього місцях,визначено еколого-економічний ефект від охорони навколишнього середовища. Розглянуто розвиток біогазових технологій в Україні та Китайській Народній республіці,запропоновано використання ферментатора фірми SHUNMEI INTERNATIONAL. Визначено, що використання ферментатора для отримання біогазу з органічних відходів є економічно ефективнішим і запропоновано його впровадження на полігоні твердих побутових відходів. The diploma project is devoted to the ways of obtaining biogas from organic waste solid waste landfill. The project specifies the structure of domestic waste in Ukraine and abroad; it was determined that the strongest negative impact of solid waste landfill on the aquatic environment. The project considers the process of filtration of contamination in the soil and proposes a mathematical model for describing this process. The basic ecological and economic indices of the solid waste landfill are calculated, the sum of the landfill tax calculated for solid household waste has been calculated, the ecological tax has been calculated for the disposal of waste in specially designated areas for this purpose, and the ecological and economic effect from the protection of the environment has been determined. The development of biogas technologies in Ukraine and the People's Republic of China is considered, the use of fermentor of the SHUNMEI INTERNATIONAL сompany.
