У розділі інформаційного забезпечення описано вхідні та вихідні дані, їх структуру. Розділ математичного забезпечення присвячений алгоритмам сегментації даних та реалізації(методом k-means). Програмне забезпечення включає в себе архітектуру системи та вимоги до технічного забезпечення. У технологічному розділі подано керівництво користувача та інформацію про випробування програмного продукту. Structure and scope of work. Explanatory note of the diploma project consists of five sections, containing 17 drawings, 11 tables, one application, 28 sources. The diploma project is devoted to the development of individual modules of the CRM-system for the virtual training dental clinic. The purpose of the development is the information support of clinic, improvement of interaction between departments and, as a result, increased profit of the business. In order to achieve this goal, it is necessary to solve such tasks as: creation of the module of the CRM-system with functions of sorting, searching and processing data, creation of transactions and calculation of financial reporting. The section of the information support describes the input and output data, their structure. The section of mathematical support is devoted to the algorithms of data segmentation(by k-means method). The software includes the architecture of the system and the requirements for the technical support.
