Авторами на основі аналізу вітчизняних і зарубіжних наукових праць визначено й обґрунтовано теоретичні основи (гіпотези, закономірності, тенденцій, принцип) розвитку науково-педагогічного потенціалу університетів України. Запропоновано розвиток науково-педагогічного потенціалу здійснювати за рівнями (інституційний, особистісний) та компонентами (інтелектуальний, емоційний, духовний). Обґрунтовано інноваційні педагогічні технології (супервізія, теленаставництво, ситуативне навчання та ін.) розвитку науково-педагогічних працівників. Уточнено підходи до оцінювання наукової активності науково-педагогічних працівників відповідно до концепції бібліометрики та концепції досконалості у вищій освіті та дослідженнях. Analytical materials (preprint) are devoted to the problem of development of scientific and pedagogical potential of universities of Ukraine in the context of expansion of institutional autonomy. Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign scientific works, by the authors were identified and substantiated the theoretical bases (hypotheses, patterns, trends, principles) of the development of scientific and pedagogical potential of Ukrainian universities. It was proposed the development of the scientific and pedagogical potential carry out by the levels (institutional, personal) and the components (intellectual, emotional, spiritual). The innovative pedagogical technologies (supervision, telemonitoring, situational training, etc.) of development of scientific and pedagogical workers were substantiated. The approaches to the evaluation of scientific activity of scientific and pedagogical workers in accordance with the concept of bibliometrics and the concept of excellence in higher education and research were specified. popup.nrat_date 2024-01-15 Close
