Здійснено оцінку динаміки ступеня локалізації промисловості за основними видами діяльності, зокрема в переробній промисловості, виявлено переваги та недоліки функціонування інтегрованих корпоративних структур. Доведено, що інтеграційні зв’язки машинобудівних підприємств переробної промисловості України визначають особливості функціонування промислових інтегрованих бізнес-структур. Відзначено поселення потенціалу інтегрованих підприємницьких структур із світовими лідерами в автомобільній промисловості України, що сприятиме посиленню техніко-технологічної складової економічної безпеки галузі машинобудування. The article examines the integration business processes of Ukrainian production in the context of its inclusion in the world economy, reveals the strengthening of the level of dependence of domestic engineering on imported raw materials and components. The dynamics of the degree of localization of industry by the main types of activity, in particular in the processing industry, is assessed, the advantages and disadvantages of the functioning of integrated corporate structures are revealed. It is proved that the integration ties of machine-building enterprises of the processing industry of Ukraine determine the peculiarities of the functioning of industrial integrated business structures. The settlement of the potential of integrated business structures with world leaders in the automotive industry of Ukraine was noted, which will help strengthen the technical and technological component of economic security of the engineering industry. It is highlighted that the objective conditions for the formation and operation of integrated corporate structures are the needs of the economy and the state of the industry, which are due to technical and technological reasons, monopolistic aspirations and aimed at reducing costs. It is noted that the formation of integration mechanisms provide an opportunity to attract investment or achieve capital consolidation in order to obtain high returns. The source of strategic advantages for the participants of integrated structures is the competitive advantages that participants acquire through the transfer of technology, knowledge and skills in the value chain. The sources of competitive advantages are the intensification of latent manifestations of emergent properties, which encourage technological development, provision of resources, market conquest, etc. Додано в НРАТ 2024-04-05 Закрити
