Здійснено розкриття та аналіз наукових підходів і поглядів законодавця на вказане питання для виокремлення узагальнюючого визначення даного аспекту. Встановлено, що на сучасному етапі розвитку наукової думки та правового забезпечення відсутній уніфікований підхід до виокремлення основного складу об’єктів правовідносин зазначеної категорії. The article presents a systematization of legal and scientific approaches to the composition and characteristics of the objects of legal relations in the field of foreign currency lending. The disclosure and analysis of scientific approaches and views of the legislator on this issue to highlight the generalized definition of this aspect.
