The mechanism of impact investment in the regions of post-conflict economy is detailed in order to rationale use investment resources and minimize risks for impact investors. It is established that the losses of the Ukrainian economy from the military conflict are primarily related to the role of the affected regions in the development of industry, agriculture, trade and services.
