Визначено, що в умовах перехідної економіки приватизація виступає як багатоваріантний процес, якому властивий альтернативний характер з точки зору можливих соціально-економічних наслідків. Окрему увагу приділено аналізу ключових нормативно-правових актів у сфері приватизації в Україні, спрямованих на створення умов для підвищення ефективності діяльності підприємств, установ, організацій. У роботі визначено, що не дивлячись на значні зрушення у нормативно-правовому регулюванні приватизації в Україні залишається чимало невирішених проблем у даному напрямку. The article analyzes the foreign experience of privatization. It is determined that in the conditions of transition economy privatization acts as a multivariate process, which has an alternative character in terms of possible socio-economic consequences. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of key regulations in the field of privatization in Ukraine, aimed at creating conditions for improving the efficiency of enterprises, institutions and organizations. The paper identifies that despite significant changes in the regulatory framework of privatization in Ukraine, there are still many unresolved issues in this area. popup.nrat_date 2025-03-24 Close
