Досліджено та проаналізовано погляди вчених, якими досліджувалося це питання. Визначено дефініцію митної справи, відповідно до норм Митного кодексу України. Також було звернуто увагу на зміни в митному законодавстві. Відповідно, було сформовано поняття митних правовідносин. This article is devoted to the issue of administrative and legal support of customs entities in Ukraine. The views of scientists who have studied this issue have been studied and analyzed. The definition of customs business is defined, according to norms of the Customs code of Ukraine. Attention was also drawn to changes in customs legislation.
