Вказано, що для малих підприємств нестача фінансових ресурсів та ризик протиправного захоплення чи поглинання, тобто «рейдерство» більш поширена проблема, але великі підприємства також є об’єктом рейдерських посягань. The article is devoted to the study of theoretical and legal principles of protection of business entities from raids in Ukraine due to the low level of quality of the legal protection system private property in the state.
