Аргументовано необхідність відображення сучасних тенденцій розвитку фінансового моніторингу у законодавстві України, удосконалення чинних нормативно-правових актів у цій сфері й усунення прогалин відповідно до європейських стандартів. The article is devoted to the study and legal analysis of financial monitoring in Ukraine. Attention is drawn to the fact that financial monitoring has a wide scope of intervention. It applies not only to businesses but also to ordinary individuals. It is argued that the urgency and necessity of investigating this issue is necessary to improve the mechanisms for combating economic crimes. The necessity to reflect the current trends in the development of financial monitoring in the legislation of Ukraine, to improve the existing regulatory acts in this field and to eliminate loopholes in accordance with European standards is argued. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-05 Close
