The main purpose of the study is to identify typical character- istics of modern innovation organizations that emerge in the process of ontogeny of the organization, have a behavioral nature and contribute to improving the efectiveness of innovation. As a result, the characteristics of modern innovative organizations that determine the efectiveness of their activity are determined. The change of behavior of innovatively active subjects at the subject and polysubjective levels under the infuence of administration, routine and violation of in- tegrity of activity is shown.
