Метою роботи є підвищення ефективності механічної обробки корпусу Б-4647.04.00.016 за рахунок впровадження сучасного технологічного оснащення, здатного забезпечити якісну обробку заготовок. Об'єкт дослідження – технологічний процес по виготовленню валу 352.04.01.19 агрегата вакуумного золотникового АВЗ-180. Предмет дослідження – операції технологічного процесу механічної обробки деталі «Корпус» Б-4647.04.00.016 дозатора Б-4647.04.00.000СБ. The main attention is paid to the analysis of the service purpose of the machine as a whole and parts separately, the proposed details of the technical requirements are checked, the method of manufacturing the original workpiece is chosen, the structure of two machining operations is formed, and equipment, technically sound cutting modes and time norms were assigned, design of a specialized machine tool design was performed, labor protection issues were considered. The purpose of the work is to increase the efficiency of machining of the case B-4647.04.00.016 due to the introduction of modern technological equipment capable of providing high-quality processing of workpieces. The object of study - the technological process for the manufacture of the shaft 352.04.01.19 unit of the vacuum spool AVZ-180.
