Визначено що конституційною функцією прокурора і основою судочинства є підтримка прокурором публічного обвинувачення в суді. The article is devoted to the problems of procuratorial supervision during the modern period of development of Ukraine. The main problems of prosecutor 's supervision and the reasons for prosecutor 's supervision are revealed, which today prevent prosecutors from actually influencing the quality of the investigation, as well as ways to solve problems of prosecutor 's supervision.
