Визначено та проаналізовано показники ефективності використання трудових ресурсів на промислових підприємствах. Виділено позитивні тенденції, що сприяють збільшенню рентабельності операційної діяльності підприємств промисловості. Визначено передумови емерджентного розвитку, що виникають за умов невизначеності, пояснюючи прояв інноваційної функції економічної безпеки, яка відзначається стрибкоподібними системними перетвореннями. Проаналізовано динаміку показників продуктивності та результативності підприємств промисловості України за 2015-2018 рр. Наведено схему поведінки індивідуума та активізація (неадитивних) емерджентних властивостей в нестабільному середовищі. Систематизовано та охарактеризовано сучасні тенденції та закономірності функціонування, що слугують емерджентним імпульсом для стратегічного розвитку промислових підприємств. There are considered principles and regularities of functioning industrial enterprises in emergence economies. Indexes of efficiency use of labour resources at industrial enterprises are defined and analyzed. Positive trends have been identified that contribute to increasing the profitability of the operating activities of industrial enterprises. Prerequisites for an emergent development arising in the conditions of uncertainty, explaining the manifestation of the innovative function of economic security, are determined, marked by leapfrogging system changes. Noted that the gradual increase in capital investment has a positive impact on productivity and performance of industry. According to the given phenomenon is a regularity of economical development for the industrial enterprises simultaneously presence of human potential, investments and innovations promotes steady and stable development. Noted that the concentration of resources at the enterprise (human, material, energy, intellectual, information, financial) has the ability to ensure its sustainable development and have a positive impact on improving the economic condition of partner enterprises, even those located in other countries. Expressed the dependence of industrial enterprises on the solvency of economic activity, can significantly constrain development. Growth perspectives of overcoming this problem are the attraction of investments, availability of innovations, development of production infrastructure, informatization and digitization, which is a strengthening and stimulating factor of economic development of industrial enterprises. Due to the information transparency of the enterprise, the level of investment attractiveness the enterprise can increase the process of attraction of the investment capital, and it is reflected in the increase of the volume of money circulation. Changes in productivity and efficiency indicators of Ukrainian industrial enterprises in 2015-2018 are analyzed. It gives the scheme of individual's behavior and activation (non-additive) of emergent properties in unstable environment. Present tendencies and regularities of functioning are systematized and describe, they serve as an emergent impulse for strategic development of industrial enterprises.
