За результатами якого було запропоновано виділити наступні операції з товарами: фактичне вилучення товарів, визначення фактичного статусу товарів, попередня оцінка товарів та передача їх на зберігання, передача товарів органам ДВС та проведення їхньої оцінки у межах виконавчого провадження після оформлення судового рішення та набрання ним законної сили, передача для реалізації.
