Головка розточна збірна для оброблення закритих поверхонь дає можливість оброблювати поверхні до яких немає доступу звичайним інструментом а доступ до закритої поверхні є тільки через отвір. Використання такого інструменту можливе на різних верстатах в незалежності від системи керування. Головка розточна збірна для оброблення закритих поверхонь складається з державки, корпусу леза, поршня, штока, пружини, та твердосплавної пластини. Закріплення державки та корпусу леза проводиться за допомогою гвинтів, а твердосплавна різальна пластина кріпиться за допомогою штифта. Для виконання завдання потрібно вирішити такі задачі: 1. Провести аналіз оброблювальної поверхні та виконати огляд існуючих конструкцій головок розточних для закритих поверхонь; 2. Вибрати матеріал інструменту та корпусу; 3. Спроектувати технологічний процес виготовлення розроблюваного інструменту; 4. Розрахувати припуски оброблення; 5. Розрахувати режими різання; 6. Підібрати та модифікувати пристосування для виготовлення інструменту; 7. Розробити керуючу програму для виготовлення інструменту; 8. Дослідити напруження, що діють на інструмент в процесі її роботи. The aim of the diploma project was to develop the head of the boring team for the treatment of closed surfaces. The head of a boring combined for processing of the closed surfaces gives the chance to process surfaces to which there is no access by the usual tool and access to the closed surface is only through an opening. The use of such a tool is possible on different machines, regardless of the control system. The head of a boring combined for processing of the closed surfaces consists of the holder, the case of a blade, the piston, a rod, a spring, and a hard-alloy plate. Fastening of the holder and the blade body is carried out by means of screws, and the hard-alloy cutting plate is fastened by means of a pin. To perform the task you need to solve the following tasks: 1. To carry out the analysis of a processing surface and to carry out inspection of existing designs of heads boring for the closed surfaces; 2. Choose the material of the tool and body; 3. To design the technological process of manufacturing the developed tool; 4. Calculate processing allowances; 5. Calculate cutting modes; 6. Select and modify devices for tool making; 7.
