В ході проекту було розглянуто: • Призначення, класифікацію амортизаторів та існуючі конструкції гідравлічних амортизаторів з регульованими характеристиками. • Були поставлені цілі та задачі до дипломного проекту. • Проведено ряд розрахунків для конструювання амортизатора та для визначення впливу керованого клапана, та температури робочої рідини на характеристики амортизатора. • Розглянуті основні питання охорони праці, такі як мікроклімат приміщення в якому відбувалося проектування, освітлення приміщення, електробезпека роботи з персональним комп’ютером, та пожежна безпека. • Розроблено маршрутну карту технології виготовлення гайки корпуса гідравлічного амортизатора. • Зроблені висновки з проведеної роботи. The proposed diploma project designs a controlled (mechatronic) hydraulic shock absorber with a controlled valve with a stepper motor with the ability to make adjustments to the characteristics of the shock absorber in real time depending on the temperature of the working fluid and the acceleration of the vehicle. During the project it was considered: • Purpose, classification of shock absorbers and existing designs of hydraulic shock absorbers with adjustable characteristics. • Goals and objectives for the diploma project were set. • A number of calculations were performed to design the shock absorber and to determine the influence of the controlled valve and the temperature of the working fluid on the characteristics of the shock absorber. • The main issues of labor protection are considered, such as the microclimate of the room in which the design took place, lighting of the room, electrical safety of personal computer work, and fire safety. • The route map of technology of manufacturing of a nut of the case of the hydraulic shock-absorber is developed. • Conclusions from the work done. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-05 Close
