Пояснювальна записка дипломного проекту складається зі вступу, 6 розділів, висновків, літератури з 22 джерел і 6 додатків, 17 рис., 4 табл. Загальний обсяг записки становить 73 стор. Графічна частина вміщує 5 креслень формату А1. Проект містить опис технологічного процесу, в якому наявний прес черв’ячний, розглянуто його призначення та місце в технологічній схемі. У роботі надані технічні характеристики, розглянуті конструкція і принцип дії преса черв’ячного , виконані параметричні, кінематичні розрахунки та теплові розрахунки, які підтверджують працездатність та надійність конструкції машини. У проекті було зроблено літературно-патентний пошук конструкцій преса черв’ячного та було створено власний патент – муфта запобіжна. Також у бакалаврському дипломному проекті розглянуто відповідність розроблюваної машини вимогам охорони праці та надані рекомендації щодо монтажу та експлуатації пристрою для виготовлення втулки. The object of the graduation project is the worm press for the production of polyethylene pipes with modernization of drive. The aim of this project – developing and designing ,according to the terms of reference, of worm press for the production of polyethylene pipes, based on the existing industrial analogues; identifying the opportunities and modernization of the mill nodes. The explanatory note of graduation project consists of an introduction, 6 chapters, conclusions, 22 literature sources and 6 applications, 17 Fig., 4 Table. The total amount of notes is 73 pages. The graphical part contains 5 A1 drawings. The project contains a description of the technological process in which existing the worm press, considered its purpose and place in the technological scheme. In the graduation project provided specifications, reviewed construction and operating principle of worm press, made parametric, kinematic calculations and thermal calculations that prove the efficiency and reliability of the machine construction. In the project was made literary patent search of worm press construction and was created own patent of safety clutch. Also in the graduation project was considered the developed machine in conformity with the labour protection and provided recommendations regarding the installation and operation of device for production of the bushing. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-05 Close
