Актуальність роботи пояснюється тим, що сучасні «розумні машини» можуть наслідувати певні функції інтелекту людини і навіть певні психологічні процеси, але вони не можуть навчитися самостійно, не можуть зрозуміти людську мову, не можуть осмислено спілкуватися з людьми і не можуть творчо вирішувати проблеми. Метою роботи є сучасне теоретичне дослідження та аналіз існуючих систем із застосуванням штучного інтелекту. Переваг та недоліків його застосування, в тому числі і в телекомунікаційних систем, та знаходження шляхів для підвищення ефективності існуючої системи. Об’єктом дослідження є: - можливість і доцільність використання штучного інтелекту для вирішення проблем, що існують в інфо-комунікаційних системах; - наявного досвіду застосування штучного інтелекту в телекомунікаційних системах. У першому розділі йдеться про аналіз оброблення даних та принципи функціонування інфо-комунікаційних систем. У другому розділі розкриваються загальні відомості та алгоритми рішень складних завдань штучного інтелекту. У третьому розділі проведений огляд застосування штучного інтелекту в телекомунікаційних системах: перспективи та напрями застосування систем ШІ. The urgency of the work is explained by the fact that modern "smart machines" can imitate certain functions of human intelligence and even certain psychological processes, but they can not learn on their own, can not understand human language, can not communicate meaningfully with people and can not solve problems. The aim of the work is modern theoretical research and analysis of existing systems using artificial intelligence. Advantages and disadvantages of its application, including in telecommunication systems, and finding ways to improve the efficiency of the existing system. The object of research is: - the possibility and feasibility of using artificial intelligence to solve problems that exist in info-communication systems; - existing experience in the use of artificial intelligence in telecommunications systems. The first section deals with the analysis of data processing and the principles of functioning of info-communication systems. The second section reveals general information and algorithms for solving complex problems of artificial intelligence.
