Предметом дослідження є еколого-економічний вплив від запровадження проектів на блокчейн-технології в державні структури та підприємства. Мета роботи полягає в економічному обґрунтуванні впровадження блокчейн-технологій на державному рівні та в бізнесі. Для досягнення поставленої мети було поставлено такі завдання: - дослідити сутність блокчейн-технології та тенденції її застосування в умовах цифрової економіки та Industry 4.0; - визначити економічні вигоди від провадження проектів на блокчейні в Україні та збитки, у вигляді економічних збитків та упущеної вигоди від заборони новітніх технологій, чи недостатнього законодавчого регулювання; виокремити певні методи, які дозволять вирішити існуючі проблеми у сфері регулювання та використання блокчейн-технологій. Використовуються загальнонаукові методи: аналізу – для визначення особливостей використання блокчейн-технологій у розвинених країнах світу, синтезу – для пошуку можливостей міжнародної співпраці у сфері використання блокчейн-технологій. У першому розділі роботи було досліджено тенденції популяризації блокчейн-технологій, її дослідження міжнародною науковою спільнотою. Визначено сутність технології та її основні переваги. Покроково описано етапи, необхідні для підтвердження доцільності переходу підприємства на блокчейн-платформи. Досліджено одне з головних досягнень блокчейну – DeFi-протоколи, їх різницю у порівнянні з традиційною системою управління. У другому розділі було описано статус блокчейну та проектів, що працюють на цій технології у розвинених країнах світу. Проведений аналіз етапів впровадження блокчейну в державні структури України. За допомогою SWOT-аналізу визначено сильні та слабкі сторони, загрози та можливості блокчейну, як новітньої технології. У третьому розділі вперше було прогнозовано вартість біткоїну у 2024 році на основі явища халвінг. Було розраховано еколого-економічну вигоду від розміщення майнінгових ферм на території України, у порівнянні з високорозвиненими країнами ЄС. Наукова новизна отриманих результатів полягає у виокремленні та групуванні даних, стосовно ролі блокчейну у світовій економіці; розрахунку (прогнозуванні) вартості криптовалюти біткоїну на основі явища халвінгу; розрахунку еколого-економічної вигоди від розміщення майнінгових ферм на території України, порівняно з розвиненими країнами ЄС. - The object of research in this work is blockchain technology as a management tool in the economy at the state level and the business level. The subject of the study is the environmental and economic impact of the introduction of projects on blockchain technology in government agencies and enterprises. The purpose of the work is to study the current state of development of blockchain technology on the example of the main achievements of this technology – cryptocurrency and DeFi-protocols; identification of solutions that will coordinate the actions of users of this technology at the national and international levels, and further implementation of these solutions to optimize the work with blockchain technologies. To achieve this purpose, the following tasks were set: - to explore the essence of blockchain technology and trends in its application in the digital economy and Industry 4.0; - to determine the economic benefits from the implementation of blockchain projects in Ukraine and losses, in the form of economic losses and lost profits from the ban on new technologies, or insufficient legislation; - to identify certain methods that will solve existing problems in the field of regulation and use of blockchain technologies. General scientific methods are used: analysis – to determine the features of the use of blockchain technologies in developed countries, synthesis – to find opportunities for international cooperation in the use of blockchain technologies. In the first chapter of the work the tendencies of popularization of blockchain technologies, its research by the international scientific community were investigated. The essence of the technology and its main advantages are determined. The steps necessary to confirm the expediency of the company's transition to blockchain platforms are described step by step. One of the main achievements of the blockchain – DeFi-protocols, their difference in comparison with the traditional control system is investigated. The second section described the status of blockchain and projects working on this technology in developed countries. The analysis of stages of blockchain introduction in the state structures of Ukraine is carried out. With the help of SWOT-analysis, the strengths and weaknesses, threats and opportunities of the blockchain as the latest technology are identified. The third section for the first time predicted the value of bitcoin in 2024 based on the halving. The ecological and economic benefit from the location of mining farms on the territory of Ukraine was calculated, in comparison with the highly developed EU countries. The scientific originality of the obtained results lies in the isolation and grouping of data on the role of the blockchain in the world economy; calculation (forecasting) of the value of bitcoin cryptocurrency based on the phenomenon of halving; calculation of ecological and economic benefits from the location of mining farms on the territory of Ukraine, compared to developed EU countries.
