У цій роботі ставиться комплексне завдання, спрямоване на підвищення ефективності існуючого технологічного процесу виготовлення «ліхтаря» на прикладі оптимізації окремих технологічних операцій. Метою дослідження є підвищення ефективності технологічного процесу виготовлення «ліхтаря 4ГМ2.5-02.06» шляхом оптимізації конструкції верстатного пристрою для базування та закріплення заготовки на комплексній з ЧПК операції. Об'єкт дослідження – технологічний процес виготовлення «ліхтаря 4ГМ2.5-02.06», операція комплексна на обробних центрах з ЧПК. Предмет дослідження – верстатний пристрій для базування та закріплення заготовки на операції комплексній на обробних центрах з ЧПК, структура та параметри операції комплексної на обробних центрах з ЧПК. Наукова новизна. В результаті досліджень виконано статичний та динамічний аналіз пропонованої конструкції верстатного пристрою для установки заготовки «ліхтаря» на операції комплексній з ЧПК, що дозволило сформулювати рекомендації щодо вдосконалення конструкції спроєктованого пристрою з забезпечення його стійкої роботи під дією статичних та динамічних навантажень та структурно-параметричної оптимізації комплексної з ЧПК операції в цілому. These units have a wide range of purposes, including gas stations, oil production and more. This paper sets a complex task aimed at improving the efficiency of the existing technological process of manufacturing "lanterns" on the example of optimization of individual technological operations. The aim of the study is to increase the efficiency of the technological process of manufacturing «lantern 4ГМ2.5-02.06» by optimizing the design of the fixture for basing and fixing the workpiece on a complex operation with CNC. The object of the research is the technological process of manufacturing «lantern 4ГМ2.5-02.06», complex operation at CNC machining centers. The subject of the research is fixture for locating and clamping the workpiece for complex operations at CNC machining centers, structure and parameters of complex operation at CNC machining centers. Scientific novelty: as a result of researches the static and dynamic analysis of the offered design of the fixture for installation of workpiece of «lantern» on operation complex with CNС is carried out that allowed to formulate recommendations on perfection of a design of the designed device on maintenance of its steady work with CNC operation in general. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
