Рівень стандартизації та уніфікації В дипломному проекті розглянуто лінію для отримання лізину, здійснено розробку ферментеру, виконані розрахунки, що підтверджують працездатність, надійність апарату та можливість реалізації інженерних рішень. Обраний ферментер має барботер, для ефективного споживання кисню культурою мікроорганізмів та уникнення утворення застійних зон було додано 6 лопатеву турбінну мішалку. Розрахунки та креслення виконані згідно чинних стандартів, з використанням сучасних системних та інформаційних технологій. The work consists of 4 sheets of drawings for recalculation of A1 format and an explanatory note, which consists of a list of references, introduction, seven sections, conclusions and a list of references. The full volume of the work is 59 pages, 4 figures, 3 tables and a list of references consists of 24 references, the content of the explanatory note consists of the main sections: 1. Purpose and scope of the device 2. Description of the technological process of production 3. Substantiation of the designed design of the fermenter 4. Technical characteristics of the fermenter 5. Calculations confirm the efficiency and reliability of the structure 6. Recommendations for installation and operation 7. Level of standardization and unification In the diploma project the line for lysine production is considered, the fermenter is developed, the calculations confirming efficiency, reliability of the device and possibility of realization of engineering decisions are executed. The selected fermenter has a bubbler, for efficient consumption of oxygen by the culture of microorganisms and to avoid the formation of stagnant zones, a 6-bladed turbine stirrer was added.
