Перший розділ присвячено висвітленню сутності психологічної готовності педагога до професійної діяльності в умовах Нової української школи; визначенню її структури та критеріїв сформованості, а також презентації інноваційної психодіагностичної методики: «Психологічна готовність педагога». У другому розділі представлено аналіз поняття «психологічне здоров'я» яке розглядається як передумова конструктивного особистісного та професійного розвитку педагога. У цьому розділі презентовано: структуру психологічного здоров'я, інноваційний діагностичний та розвивальний інструментарій: психодіагностичний опитувальник «Психологічне здоров’я особистості» та психолого-розвивальна програма: «Гармонізація психологічного здоров’я педагога». Третій розділ розкриває психологічні особливості розвитку комунікативного компоненту психологічної готовності вчителя до педагогічної діяльності в умовах НУШ. Впровадження викладених у посібнику психодіагностичних і розвивальних технологій в практику психологічних служб в системі початкової та середньої освіти України забезпечить психолого-педагогічних працівників практичними засобами зміцнення психологічного здоров’я, розвитку комунікативних здібностей та особистісного зростання, що сприятиме розв’язанню спектру психологічних проблем сучасної освіти. The manual is intended for practical school psychologists, graduate students and teachers of the psychological and pedagogical profile. The first chapter is devoted to highlighting the essence of the teacher's psychological readiness for professional activity in the conditions of the New Ukrainian School; determination of its structure and criteria of formation, as well as presentation of an innovative psychodiagnostic technique: "Psychological readiness of a teacher". The second chapter presents an analysis of the concept of "psychological health", which is considered as a prerequisite for the constructive personal and professional development of a teacher. This section presents: the structure of psychological health, innovative diagnostic and developmental tools: the psychodiagnostic questionnaire "Psychological health of the individual" and the psychological development program: "Harmonization of the psychological health of the teacher". The third section reveals the psychological features of the development of the communicative component of the teacher's psychological readiness for pedagogical activity in the conditions of the National Academy of Sciences. The introduction of the psychodiagnostic and developmental technologies described in the manual into the practice of psychological services in the system of primary and secondary education of Ukraine will provide psychological and pedagogical workers with practical means of strengthening psychological health, developing communication skills and personal growth, which will contribute to solving the spectrum of psychological problems of modern education. popup.nrat_date 2024-01-15 Close
