Зазначено, що професійна діяльність сучасного андрагога-спеціаліста містить набір різноманітних інформаційних, освітніх, організаційно-управлінських, експертних, соціально-проектних, дослідницьких та інших ролей і функцій, тому є диференційованою та гнучкою. Акцентовано увагу на важливості особистості вчителя, яка є ключовою фігурою в реформах української освіти. Розкрито поняття «професійний розвиток» та вказано, що цей термін науковці трактують як багатокомпонентний, цілеспрямований, тривалий і поступовий процес професійного становлення, розвитку та саморозвитку особистості, орієнтований на набуття нових компетенцій, тобто характеризується наступністю, системністю, динамізмом, циклічністю та синергією та забезпечує ціннісно-світоглядні орієнтації, мотиваційну сферу, психологічну структуру професійно-педагогічної діяльності, засвоєння та реалізацію інноваційних професійних ролей і функцій. The authors analyzed peculiarities of the professional activity of a pedagogue-andragogue in the conditions of continuous education, it characterizes the andragogical competence of the pedagogical staff of modern institutions higher education. It is noted that the professional activity of the modern andragogue-specialist contains a set of different informational, educational, organizational-managerial, expert, social-project, research and other roles and functions, therefore it is differentiated and flexible. Emphasis is placed on importance of the teacher's personality that is a key figure in the Ukrainian education reforms. The concept of «professional development» is revealed and it is indicated that this term is interpreted by scientists as a multicomponent, purposeful, prolonged and gradual process of professional formation, development and self-development of a personality focused on acquiring new competencies and that is characterized by continuity, system, dynamism, cyclicality and synergy and provides values and worldviews orientations, motivational sphere, psychological structure of the professional and pedagogical activity, mastering and realization of innovative professional roles and functions. popup.nrat_date 2024-01-15 Close
