Глобальна картина світу є системою уявлень людства про світ, цінностей та ставлень до нього, вона регулює функціонування та подальший розвиток цивілізації на планеті. На її основі кожна культура (етнос) відповідно до рівня свого розвитку формує власну етнічну картину світу. Будучи представником певного етносу, а також певного субкультурного середовища кожна людина вибудовує свою індивідуальну картину світу. The section of the monograph analyzes the essence of the concept of "picture of the world", reveals the relationship between global, ethnic, subcultural and individual pictures of the world. It is established that the above pictures of the world penetrate into each other, mutually determine, generate each other. The global picture of the world is a system of human ideas about the world, values ​​and attitudes to it, it regulates the functioning and further development of civilization on the planet. Based on it, each culture (ethnic group) in accordance with the level of its development forms its own ethnic picture of the world.
