Співорганізаторами заходу виступили: кафедра методики професійної освіти та соціально-гуманітарних дисциплін Білоцерківського інституту неперервної професійної освіти ДЗВО «УМО» НАПН України та Навчально-методичний центр професійно-технічної освіти у Черкаській області. Актуалізовано професійну значимість розвитку науково-методичної компетентності педагогів професійної (професійно-технічної) в воєнного стану та пандемії. Узагальнено наукові доповіді, презентований інноваційний педагогічний досвід і кращі освітні практики. Враховувати ключові тенденції розвитку світового та вітчизняного ринків освіти, використання здобутків й досвіду інституцій системи безперервної освіти як майданчиків для інновацій; розглянуто сучасну навчально-організаційна та науково-методична діяльність педагога ЗП(ПТ)О та шляхи її удосконалення; узагальнено практику реалізації новітніх науково-методичних підходів до організації та проведення сучасного заняття з професійної підготовки; конкретизовано шляхи розвитку науково-методичної компетентності педагогів ЗП(ПТ)О в контексті удосконалення формальної, неформальної та інформальної освіти, важливим вбачається практика формування та розвиток науково-методичної компетентності педагогів ЗП(ПТ)О в системі безперервної освіти в умовах воєнного стану та пандемії. The collection is compiled on the basis of the materials and theses of the participants of the Regional Scientific and Practical Seminar "Development of Scientific and Methodological Competence of Pedagogical Workers of vocation education in the Conditions of Martial Law and Pandemic", which took place on May 26, 2022. Co-organizers of the event were: the Department of Vocational Education Methodology and Social and Humanitarian Disciplines of the Belotserk Institute of Continuous Vocational Education of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the Educational and Methodological Center of Vocational and Technical Education in the Cherkasy Region. The professional significance of the development of scientific and methodological competence of vocational teachers in martial law and a pandemic has been updated. Scientific reports are summarized, innovative pedagogical experience and best educational practices are presented. To take into account the key trends in the development of global and domestic education markets, the use of achievements and experience of institutions of the continuous education system as platforms for innovation; the modern educational-organizational and scientific-methodical activity of the teacher of vocational education and training and the ways of its improvement are considered; the practice of implementing the latest scientific and methodical approaches to the organization and conducting of modern professional training classes is summarized; the ways of developing the scientific and methodological competence of teachers of vocational education and training in the context of improving formal, informal and informal education are specified, the practice of forming and developing the scientific and methodological competence of teachers of vocational education and training in the system of continuous education in the conditions of martial law and pandemic is considered important. popup.nrat_date 2024-01-15 Close
