Недостатньо вивчені та розроблені питання особливостей утримання фізичної реабілітації у зрілому та у літньому віці жінки. Специфіка фізіологічних процесів у різні періоди життя жінки супроводжується розвитком суто «жіночих» захворювань, які потребують особливих підходів до відновлення. Traditionally, considering the issues related to the peculiarities of health-related physical culture and physical rehabilitation of women, the periods of pregnancy and the postpartum period are investigated. The specifics of maintaining physical rehabilitation in mature and elderly women are insufficiently studied and developed.
