Вона передбачає, зокрема, свободу творчого самовираження, яка неможлива без рівного доступу жінок і чоловіків до культурного життя суспільства чи громади, культурних надбань і практик, можливостей рівної участі у розвитку культурного середовища загалом. І жінки, і чоловіки є творцями культурного продукту і його користувачами. The article is devoted to one of the current topics, namely the issue of respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms, which is one of the key principles of the UNESCO Convention on the Protection and Promotion of the Diversity of Cultural Expressions. It provides, in particular, freedom of creative expression, which is impossible without equal access of women and men to the cultural life of society or community, cultural assets and practices, opportunities for equal participation in the development of the cultural environment in general.
