Постійне зростання обсягу інформації, збільшення швидкості передачі інформаційних потоків у цифрових мережах зв'язку, як і раніше, залишається актуальним. Інформаційні технології досягли небувалого розквіту. Актуальним завдання оцінки якості обслуговування потоків трафіку. Метою статті є дослідження трафіку та якості забезпечення для користувачів. Об’єктом дослідження є трафік мультисервісних мереж. Для досягнення поставленої мети було використано методи дослідження: теоретичні (аналізування, узагальнення) та структурно-функціональні. Результатами дослідження є ознаки контролю на об’єкті, такі як ефективність, надійність, точність. The use of information and communication technologies in education at the present stage, undoubtedly, can become a catalyst in solving important social problems of increasing accessibility and quality of educational resources and services. Everything has changed with the arrival of the Internet to every home. The constant increase in the amount of information, increasing the speed of transmission of information flows in digital communication networks, as before, remains relevant. Information technologies have reached an unprecedented level of sophistication. The task of assessing the quality of traffic flow servicing is relevant. The purpose of this article is to investigate traffic and quality of maintenance for users. The subject of the research is the traffic of multiservice networks. In order to achieve the set goal, the following research methods were used: theoretical (analyzing, summarizing) and structural-functional.
