Проаналізовано чинну систему контролю поведінки працівників на прикладі кав’ярні «Coffy», оцінивши організаційний, економічний та фінансовий стан підприємства; політику підприємства щодо персоналу та корпоративної культури як стримуючий або стимулюючий фактор у контролі поведінки працівників. Обґрунтовано напрями підвищення ефективності системи контролю поведінки працівників на підприємстві з урахуванням досвіду провідних іноземних компаній. The work summarizes the theoretical approaches to the formation of the employee control system in the organization, determining the essence and necessity of control in the organization; describing the factors that influence the process of its formation and considering the principles and methods of ensuring efficiency control of employees in the organization. The current system of controlling the behavior of employees was analyzed the example of the coffee shop "Coffy", assessing the organizational, economic and financial state of the enterprise; the company's personnel policy and corporate culture as a restraining or stimulating factor in controlling the behavior of employees.
