Визначено особливості віддаленого режиму як специфічної форми організації праці; виявлено значення та особливості організації стимулювання віддаленої роботи на підприємстві. Проаналізовано систему стимулювання підприємства у звичайних умовах та в умовах віддаленої роботи, зміни в системі стимулювання на підприємстві з початку переходу на віддалений режим роботи та надано рекомендації щодо розвитку системи стимулювання віддаленої роботи на підприємстві. The paper examines the theoretical foundations of labor stimulation. The features of the remote mode as a specific form of work organization are determined; the importance and peculiarities of the organization of stimulating remote work at the enterprise are revealed. The incentive system of the enterprise in normal conditions and in conditions of remote work, changes in the incentive system at the enterprise since the beginning of the transition to remote work mode, and recommendations for the development of the incentive system for remote work at the enterprise were analyzed. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
