В роботі розглянуто етапи становлення та розвиток стратегії підприємництва, досліджено етапи розробки стратегії розвитку. Проведена оцінка організаційно-економічного стану досліджуваного підприємства та аналіз стратегії розвитку підприємницької структури. Визначені проблеми та ризики реалізації стратегії розвитку підприємства та проведена її оцінка. The purpose of the work is to develop proposals for improving the mechanism of strategy formation with the proposal of own recommendations. The object of the research is "POLIPLAST" LLC. The subject of the study is methodical support for the choice of the company's development strategy. The paper examines the stages of formation and development of an entrepreneurship strategy, and explores the stages of developing a development strategy. An assessment of the organizational and economic state of the enterprise under study and an analysis of the strategy for the development of the business structure were carried out.
