У роботі розглянуто теоретичні основи аналізу конкурентоспроможності підприємства, а саме: сутність, методи комплексної оцінки, стратегії виробництва у сфері конкурентоспроможності. Проведена оцінка діяльності та конкурентоспроможності ТОВ «Фрінет». Розроблені пропозиції та рекомендації щодо удосконалення управління конкурентоспроможністю ТОВ «Фрінет», здійснена оцінка ефективності запропонованих заходів. The purpose of this work is to develop proposals and recommendations for improving the competitiveness management of "Freenet" LLC. The object of the research is the enterprise "Frenet" LLC. The subject of the study is the management of the competitiveness of "Freenet" LLC. The paper examines the theoretical foundations of enterprise competitiveness analysis, namely: the essence, methods of comprehensive assessment, production strategies in the field of competitiveness. An assessment of the activity and competitiveness of "Freenet" LLC was carried out.
