Розглянуто правові умови здійснення трансплантації анатомічних матеріалів в Україні та історико-правові аспекти розвитку трансплантології в Україні. Проаналізовано біоетичні, правові та екологічні проблеми трансплантології. Проведена оцінка та аналіз перспектив розвитку трансплантології в Україні, та шляхів вирішення проблемних питань для досягнення Україною успіху в галузі трансплантації анатомічних матеріалів людині. The work examines the origin, features and basic technologies of integral organ engineering, as well as the legal regulation of transplantology in the world. The legal conditions for the implementation of the transplantation of anatomical materials in Ukraine and the historical and legal aspects of the development of transplantology in Ukraine are considered. Bioethical, legal and ecological problems of transplantology are analyzed. An assessment and analysis of the prospects for the development of transplantology in Ukraine, and ways of solving problematic issues for Ukraine to achieve success in the field of transplantation of anatomical materials to humans were carried out. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
