Проаналізовано міжнародний досвід адміністративного менеджменту в процесі організації функціонування органів публічної влади, визначено особливості публічного менеджменту в системі органів державної влади на прикладі Управління Державної міграційної служби у Сумській області. The theme of work. It is improving the administrative management system in the system of public authorities (the example of the Office of the State Migration Service in the Sumy region). Structure and scope of qualification work. The work consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions, and a list of sources, containing 50 items. The total volume of bachelor's work is 59 pages, and the list of used sources includes five pages. The purpose of the work is to study and determine areas for improving the administrative management system in the design of public authorities, including the example of the Office of the State Migration Service in the Sumy region. The object of research is the theoretical and methodological principles of the organization of administrative management in the system of public authorities. The subject of the research is the direction of improving the administrative management system in the system of public authorities, the example of the Office of the State Migration Service in the Sumy region. Research methods. The methodological basis of the work is system approach, analysis, synthesis, and comparative. It is to determine the place and role of the program-target practice in making management decisions in the management of socio-economic development of the region. Information base of the research: legal and normative acts of the Verkhovna Rada and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, scientific works of leading domestic and foreign scientists in the field of management theory, and Internet resources. Results of work.
